Inflation is hitting a 50-year high

Seeing as companies spend more than 70% of their revenue on procurement (Nome, 2022), this seems like a good place to start. Cost-cutting refers to a “last-ditch attempt to save money” (Verma, 2022) and usually occurs on account of financial difficulty in a company. Step Number 3: Re-evaluate your Suppliers
